Jurnal Pengelolaan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan (Journal of Environmental Sustainability Management) (abbreviated as JPLB) is an open-access journal which is the result of a collaboration between the Indonesian Environmental Study Center Cooperation Agency (BKPSL) with the Environmental Research Center - Institute for Research and Community Service, IPB University (ERC-IPB). JPLB has jointly managed since 2017, with a period of publication are 3 (three) issue numbers per year (5 articles per issue number).
JPLB has been registered in the Scientific Documentation and Information Center (PDII) LIPI with ISSN numbers 2598-0017 (printed) and 2598-0025 (online).
JPLB also has been indexed in Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA), Indonesian Scientific Database Journal (ISJD), Google Scholar, and Crossref with a DOI number: 10.36813/jplb.
FOCUS AND SCOPE
The Journal of Environmental Sustainability Management (JPLB) published manuscripts/articles which are original work or research in the field of environmental management in a broad sense encompassing physical, chemical, biological, socio-economic, socio-cultural, community health, environmental health, and law.
PEER REVIEW PROCESS
Every manuscript/article submitted to JPLB is evaluated through a double-blind peer-reviewed process by the peer reviewer. Editor in Chief will assign the manuscript to a corresponding Editor/Section Editor for further handling. The Section Editor will invite the scientists/reviewer in the database with related interest to review the manuscript. The final decision on the manuscript will be provided by the Editor in Chief based on the comments from the Reviewers and the Editor/Section Editor.
In the publishing process, JPLB uses Open Journal Systems 22.214.171.124, which is an open source journal management and publishing software developed, supported, and freely distributed by the Public Knowledge Project.
JPLB publishes 3 (three) times a year: April, August, and December
Manuscripts submitted to JPLB will be screened for plagiarism and self-plagiarism using anti-plagiarism software (TURNITIN). Manuscripts that are detected plagiarism or have a level of similarity above 20% cannot move to the next publishing process, except on the condition of making improvements to the manuscript. JPLB is highly committed to opposing plagiarism practices and creating high-quality scientific journals, providing insight and knowledge, being innovative and contributing to the advancement of science, technology, and industry, also credible and impartial.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
